We had dinner and as a result of the food being far better than expected we chose to stay for breakfast. Excellent location for continuing our journey south. Also having our car parked securely in its own garage was a big plus. Reception was friendly snd very helpful.

The room is spotless clean and very well presented the bedding was very good quality and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly, speak perfect English and are willing to help with anythink you might need. It is in an ideal location right of the highway when travelling through Madrid with free secure parking if needed. The breakfast had everythink you could think of and was lovely. We had a long journey ahead and wanted to fill our flask with boiling water. This was very important to us as we all know on a long journey there is nothing like a cup of tea along the way. The waitress made sure we had plenty of boiling water to do this and even offered the teabags to go with it. Thank you 😊

First thing, I was offered an upgrade with my own private parking space :). The breakfast was just wonderful, the whole staff was incredibly charming and kind. The water pressure is awesome, I had a very pleasant stay. Receptionists are always there to assist and guide you.

Room was excellent aside from the view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location just off the motorway. Being able to get an evening meal was very important to us whilst travelling. Good breakfast with great variety. Underground parking was secure and kept car cool.

Convenient location, safe parking, very clean and very polite and helpful reception staff.
