Parking was free and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and warm. Beds and pillows were possibly the most comfortable we have ever slept on in a hotel. Staff were attentive and helpful. Food in the bar was OK.

Rooms are large, modern and comfortable. Staff were friendly and we were able to check in early. Breakfast was enjoyable with lots of choice and reasonable cost. Ubers were easy to use from this location. Very reasonable price overall.

Nice comfortable hotel, room was large with comfortable bed. Relatively quiet as it is right next to a motorway junction. Good for a one nighter if travel through Spain. Desk staff friendly and helpful.

We had dinner and as a result of the food being far better than expected we chose to stay for breakfast. Excellent location for continuing our journey south. Also having our car parked securely in its own garage was a big plus. Reception was friendly snd very helpful.

The location is perfect, close to the motorway for overnight stay if passing through and ample safe parking.

The double executive room has the benefit of size of the room and bathroom together with a private garage for our car which you go down a flight of stairs directly from the bedroom to the car which is so secure being directly below your bed.

The room is spotless clean and very well presented the bedding was very good quality and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly, speak perfect English and are willing to help with anythink you might need. It is in an ideal location right of the highway when travelling through Madrid with free secure parking if needed. The breakfast had everythink you could think of and was lovely. We had a long journey ahead and wanted to fill our flask with boiling water. This was very important to us as we all know on a long journey there is nothing like a cup of tea along the way. The waitress made sure we had plenty of boiling water to do this and even offered the teabags to go with it. Thank you 😊

First thing, I was offered an upgrade with my own private parking space :). The breakfast was just wonderful, the whole staff was incredibly charming and kind. The water pressure is awesome, I had a very pleasant stay. Receptionists are always there to assist and guide you.

Modern ‘business style’ hotel, clean and comfortable, nice bed, secure underground car park (free), very friendly, conveniently located wrt motorway access.
